I’m Eleanor, HR and talent consultant, facilitator, coach and founder of Unboxed Talent.

My 13 years of experience in people development means I’ve supported hundreds of people to get better at bringing out the best - in themselves, in their teams, and in their organisations.

During that time, I have supported lots of leaders struggling to tap into the potential in their teams to create environments where people can channel their passions and increase their impact - all living their values and looking after their wellbeing.

Unboxed Talent brings together my talent development, HR and training background with my overflowing passion for learning and employee experience design, to help leaders, teams and individuals get better at creating workplaces where everyone can bring out their best.
