Accredited Mental Health & Wellbeing Training

Empower everyone to improve workplace wellbeing and support employees who may experience a mental health or wellbeing issue in the workplace.

Unboxed Talent is an approved i‑act trainer, offering online courses for both managers and employees that give people the knowledge and tools to create a healthy place to work and support mental health.

Become a certified i-act manager or practitioner

Course objectives

  • improve understanding of mental health and wellbeing issues, and recognise when further help and support may be required.

  • use practical tools for managing stress, anxiety and low mood, and for promoting positive wellbeing to help build resilience.

  • be able to connect with others who may be experiencing a mental health or wellbeing issue.

  • receive a resource pack, toolkit and signposting to further help and support concerning mental health and wellbeing problems.

What’s included?

Participants will be recognised as approved i‑act manager or practitioner (valid for 3 years) and receive:

  • an evidence-based i‑act course manual, toolkit and resource pack

  • free membership to the UK-wide Wellbeing Community

  • free access to the online i‑act managers or practitioner resources

  • accreditation by The Royal College of Psychiatrists

Booking.

Both accredited i‑act courses are 4-hour interactive virtual sessions, that can be delivered as one session or split over two.

Cost

£120 per participant or £1,200 in-house (up to 12 participants).

Discounts are available for volunteers.

Your booking includes the cost of a 156-page evidence-based i–act practitioners course manual, toolkit and resource pack for each delegate, membership to i-act’s UK-wide Wellbeing Community, and accreditation by The Royal College of Psychiatrists.
