Resilience is also something that can be learned. So why aren’t more organisations training managers in how to develop this important character skill?

The reason is that resilience isn’t a single skill that we can teach. To develop the behaviours and qualities of a resilient person, we need to better understand what’s behind it.

Overview

This programme is designed to walk managers through everything they need to fully understand the behaviours behind resilience, so that they can become the most resilient version of themselves.

The programme includes:

  • a deep-dive into 6 specific elements of resilience

  • research and evidence, and an exploration of the emotions and behaviours that impact resilience

  • practical exercises, tools and strategies that help managers to respond to challenges

What does the Resilience Training programme cover?

This uniquq programme is designed to build the resilience of mangers, leaders and teams. It can be run as a 6-week group, reflective coaching programme, or a 3-hour masterclass.

Both approaches include evidence-based tools and strategies to build personal resilience and help participants to thrive, both in their work and personal lives.
